WHAT ARE PETITES?

THE BOOTS DON’T FIT MY LEGS, WHAT CAN I DO ?
The boots include preset sizes for the most common Petite shapes. Click on a boot to open the menu, then click ‘Fitting’, then ‘1.Presets..’. Try each of the preset buttons until you find one that fits. If none of these fit, chose one that fits best and proceede with ‘> Rotation’ for doing a manual fit using the built-in advanced fitting system. If you do not feel comfortable to do so, please visit our Main-store where we offer a free fitting for your new boots which usually takes just a few minutes. Ask a customer service representative or register a fitting at the Service Terminal for an appointment.

WHY DO I STILL SEE MY FEET WHEN WEARING THE BOOTS?
Please detach the avatar feet while wearing the boots.

HOW DO I GET MY FEET OUT OF THE GROUND?

You need to adjust your offset.  Each viewer has a different method.

PHOENIX:
Preferences (Ctrl + p) > Phoenix tab > Avatar tab > change the Z modifier.

FIRESTORM:
Click the Firestorm icon on the bottom bar > Raise your height offset.

SL VIEWER: Currently there seems to be no solution to fix the Sunken feet problem in the v3 viewer. We got this instruction but could not get it to work ourselves. If you find a way to lift yourself up, please let us know! Thank you! Until then we can only hope this Bug will be fixed with any of the near Viewer updates.
{Open the developer menu through the Advanced menu ( Ctrl +Alt+ d), there is an option towards the bottom
Develop>Avatar>Character Tests > Allow Select Avatar.
Then Ctrl+3 to start the editor > Click on your avatar’s body.(clicking between the legs of the petite Mesh body should do it)  Then go to the Object Tab -> lift yourself up by using the arrow next to the Blue Z.}

SINGULARITY:
Preferences > Vanity > Body Dynamics

EXODUS:
Click the tools button > Move the  ground offset slider to the right
